Thursdays 1030 Chair based rehabilitation.
Thursdays 1145 Men Only

I offer home visits for 1 to 1 and 2 to 1 Pilates in Woking
Woking classes are held at Goldwater Lodge
Monday 1pm Mixed ability
Tuesday 0930 Mixed ability - rehab focus
Tuesday 1030 Mixed ability/Intermediate

I have experience teaching a wide range of clients from women throughout their pregnancy, low back pain sufferers and rehabilitating elite athletes / injury prevention.
