Please understand that if you wish to cancel or reschedule it is your responsibility to contact us no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours and we aren't able to find a replacement then you will be charged the full appointment fee. Please speak to one of our therapist for further clarification.
