When crystalising footwear we use the finest Swarovski Element Crystals, and the strongest glue on the market.

When purchasing footwear from us. You have to ensure you treat your footwear like it was Jewellery, only wear on special occasions and not everyday use.

Do not leave your footwear in direct heat, such as sunlight, in a hot car.

We advise you not to wear your footwear on the beach as the sand will take away the shine from the crystals and the sand will stick to the glue.

Do not put your footwear in the washing machine. This will result in all crystals detaching, and may break your machine.

As all footwear / accessories they do get worn, our commitment to you is to replace up to 10 crystals free the first time, there after there will be a charge.
