Blackpool North Pier 5.89

The Grade II listed North Pier is the oldest of the three Blackpool piers. Designed by Eugenius Birch, it was opened on 21st May 1863 by the Chairman of the Pier Company, Mr F Preston. The pier still retains its original Victorian design and magnificence; it is still used today for promenading, and sitting and relaxing in the sun.

Entrance onto the North Pier is FREE and there are attractions aplenty for all the family. Ride the two-tier Venetian Carousel; sit and relax in the Victorian Sun Lounge; have your palm read and your future foretold by the Petulengros; have a coffee and cake in Costa in the Conservatory; enjoy a drink in the Merrie England and party with Blackpool's legendary Joey Blower on weekend afternoons; all the family are welcome in the Carousel Bar where you can have a drink and eat.
