My name is Ben Farley and i have been working in the fitness industry for 5 years now as a personal trainer.
I am a fully certified personal trainer, along with this i am a Hatton Academy Advanced instructor, Spin qualified and also have certification in sports nutrition and supplementation.
I have vast experience as a PT such as working with Ricky Hatton, training clients overseas, and working alongside industry professionals in all aspects of health and fitness.
I understand we all have our own goals, and fitness means something different to each person and it’s this unique approach i believe makes each and every second i spend with a client a journey to success.
I am fully flexible to ensure your training and fitness lifestyle are tailored to suit your needs and i can adapt to any specific individual.
My personal fitness interests are exploring new and unique methods of training, and specialist diet and supplementation.
