Returns Policy

Bejewelled ensures all items* are sent out in perfect condition, however, in the unlikely event that damage may occur to the items in transit, please report the damage to us via email within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

Please note for hygiene purposes, earrings are non-refundable.

*Items include all jewellery and Juttis.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on our items. In case of any damage, please report this to us within 24 hours and each case will be dealt with as appropriate.

Care for your Jewellery

- Avoid contact with water and perfumes
- Keep wrapped and boxed when not in use

Care for your Juttis

- Wrap in muslin cloth when not in use. This will allow the Juttis to breathe, which will help keep the shine of the gotta on your juttis.
- All our jewels, sequins and beads are applied by hand and every effort has been made to secure them onto our embellished pieces. If the jutti is rubbed against, thrown around or scuffed, the adornments may come lose. For this purpose we include some extra adornments for the juttis that require them, to ensure your Needledust juttis stay gorgeous beyond season and time.
