If you need to cancel your appointment this is not a problem, however please give me as much notice as possible.

I will only accept you cancelling 3 appointments then unfortunately I will no longer make appointments with you. This also applies to not showing up to an appointment.

I will only keep your appointment for 15 minutes past your time before I cancel.
