Beaded By Me 1.91

Beaded By Me started as a hobby and has grown into a little cottage industry. I was introduced to beading on a cruise ship to the Mediterranean. One of the organised activities whilst at sea was Jewellery Making and since then I have loved buying beads, making individual items and buying more beads! I began going to Craft Fairs and people were buying my bracelets and necklaces – an amazing feeling.

Christmas was a busy time with lots of fairs, so in the New Year I wanted to try something different. My daughter had been sent a beaded Christmas card and that started me thinking. I now make hand stitched greetings cards, some incorporating beading, and these have proved popular at recent fairs.

As if that wasn’t enough to keep me busy, I am now making fabric notice boards made from high quality cotton in a number of attractive designs.
