Amateur Camogie photographer of the year 2012, in association with the Camogie Association & RTE Mick Dunne Memorial Awards 2012.

Leo McElwee is a qualified photographer from Mid-Ulster who has experience since he was 16 where he began photographing sports journalism. His main area of work is photographing Weddings, Family Portraits, Events such as Sports, Functions and Formals and Commercial Advertising material for businesses.

In 2012 Leo (Bawn Photo) recently won a prestigious award from the Camogie Association & RTE Mick Dunne Memorial Awards picking up the award for Amateur Camogie photographer of the year 2012. He has been the Official Derry Camogie photographer since the beginning of 2012 where he documents games all over Ireland and publishes images in local and national papers.
