I am REPS level 3 qualified & also qualified in advanced sports and nutrition. I am ex military and have been training myself & others for over 15 yrs, i have alot of experience with boxing, weights, TRX, running etc so can get you to any goal you have. I love a challenge and work everyone to their own capability and fitness level. I can work from my gym at my home, your home or outdoors wherever suits you.
