Event Bars



Whatever the size of your event, whatever the occasion, whatever the location, we can help. Our bars are mobile which means they can be put anywhere!


Barflies run a full bar service anywhere in Cornwall. We can be hired for any type of special event; from corporate functions; parties or weddings, festivals and public events –intimate gatherings to large groups of unlimited numbers. All licensing for your event can be dealt with by our our team to ensure the legalities of the event



Mobile Bar Hire / Free Bar

We charge an upfront deposit to secure our services and then run a tab throughout your event, at the end of the event we total the bar revenue and then charge you the difference between your deposit and the total bar revenue.

Equipment hire

Our equipment can be dry hired if you wish to run your own event, we can either deliver or you can collect. In addition, we have a selection of mass serve remote coolers (10-14 lines - please contact us for more information). Everything is cleaned and tested before it leaves us.
All prices shown exclude VAT, delivery and collection.

Keg Hire

We need to know where and when your event is we then arrange a delivery date & time. Our trained team will set up the equipmentand give you a demonstration of how it works. We then collect the equipment after your event. Our typical hire is over a weekend, we would set up Friday and collect on the Monday.

Pricing startsfrom £30 per single tap dispense kit and this includes everything you need to dispense your beverage. We add the cost of your keg from our price list and then add the delivery, set up and collection which is just £1.00 per mile with a minimum delivery charge of £25 + VAT.
