Babybird Blankets 3.3

Once upon a time the world was cold and dull, and all the little birds that lived there were uncomfortable and their poor little wings too cold to fly.
Then one day, their mum found some wool. It was like a shining star of all the colours of the rainbow, which felt warm just to look at. So she began to crochet, and as she did something very magical began to happen.
The world which was once cold and grey became bright and warm, with beautiful colours and shapes bringing smiles to all the little birds faces.
There were stars in the midnight sky, and rockets soaring into space. There were owls hooting through the night and fishes, whales, and octopus's splashing through the deep blue sea. And there were blankets, blankets everywhere!
Now the world was filled with happiness, all the little birds had their very own cosy blankets and they all live snuggly ever after....

Babybird Blankets was inspired by my own little people, who, like me, love nothing more than to snuggly up under a warm, cosy blanket.
While i was pregnant with my second little bird i started to crochet again, something i hadn't done since my mum taught me when i myself was just a little girl.
When i finished my baby daughters blanket i was filled with pride at my own creation, but more than that, i was filled with ideas!
I had visions waking me at night, of patchwork and panels of all shapes and sizes, and colours which brought me so much excitement that i had to start straight away.
Now i spend my time as a full time mum, but when my little ones are fast asleep, tucked underneath their own cosy blankets, i crochet and create for others, who like me, want something special and unique for their little ones.
All of my designs are 100% my own ideas, i dont work from patterns, therefore giving my customers their very own, completely original creation that they can keep forever x

A lot of the time people dont really have much idea what they want, which gives me a free reign as to what i end up making. But if something more specific is required i can also do these too!
