We make gluten free cakes, pastries, desserts and puddings for restaurants, cafes and individual customers.
We bake in a kitchen which has nothing containing gluten in it so you can be assured that there is no risk of cross contamination. However, be advised that we do use nuts and dairy in many of our recipes. Everything we make is suitable for vegetarians however.
A lot of our ingredients are sourced locally or from Scottish suppliers and much comes from organic producers, for example our carrots, eggs and flour blends, and we use only Fairtrade cocoa and sugar.
