Ashdown Forest Tourism Association 3.18

AFTA is a thriving membership group that promotes sustainable tourism across the beautiful Ashdown Forest which is located across the borders of Sussex, Surrey and Kent in South East England.

The group is expanding rapidly and currently promotes150 members which include Fabulous Places to Stay from campsites to international country hotels, Great Places to Eat - cafes to renowned restaurants and Exciting Places to Visit including heritage steam railways, animal parks, farm shops, museums, vineyards, micro breweries, art galleries and activity centers. There really is something for everyone on the beautiful Ashdown Forest!

The Forest covers 11 square miles and is the largest area of open Heathland in South East England. AFTA operates in an area from East Grinstead to Uckfield and West Hoathly to Tunbridge Wells
