Our aim is to provide you with a professional service from start to finish. We will endeavour to create a design to your liking prior to making up your item.
Once your item is finished, you will receive photos to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase.
Please note: Personalised item purchases are non refundable once the item has been made up. Mistakes in spellings or information received from the customer will only be rectified with an extra charge.
Paypal invoices will be sent to the account provided by the customer and all orders will be posted to the address on that Paypal account unless requested by email to a different address. The customer must assume full responsibility for loss of goods if the address on their Paypal account isn't correct when ordering, and likewise if the address given in email is incorrect.
