Anglezarke Beef and Lamb 3.23

BOXED BEEF AND LAMB AVAILABLE TO ORDER!

Hi. Im a local farmer trying to overcome currently horrendous prices being offered for our produce at market. Iv decided to try and cut out the middle man and sell direct to the public from our family hill farm on the edge of Chorley. We are currently taking orders for boxed lamb and beef:

Butchered lamb boxes -
1/2 lamb box = £60 (7.5 - 10kg)
Whole lamb box = £110 (15-20kg)

A standard half lamb box contains:
A leg - whole or cut into 2 roasting joints
A shoulder - Whole or cut into 2 roasting joints
6-8 loin chops
6-8 cutlets
A chump of leg
Breast
1/2 Liver
2-3 neck chops
A whole lamb box contains double what a whole lamb box contains.

The lamb comes vacuum packed and boxed.
All lambs are bred and reared on our moorland farm in Anglezarke on the edge of Chorley. Our main breed of sheep is Lonk, a traditional Lancashire hill breed. Please see http://www.lonk-sheep.org/ for more details.

Lamb is available for collection or delivery (£5) on the 14th of August.
Orders must be placed by Sunday night at the latest.

Butchered Beef

10kg box = £120
20kg box = £220

The boxes will contain sirloin, rump, topside roast, silverside roast, mince, diced casserole steak, braising steak, and brisket.
Burgers can also be included (in the 10/20kg) for an extra £2/kg as this is what our butcher charges us to make them.
Fillet steak can also be included (in the 10/20kg)for an extra £2/kg

Beef orders are needed by Sunday night, and will be ready for collection/deliver (£5) in roughly 28 days.
