CANCELLATIONS
Unless two clear days’ notice is given, the following
Charges will become payable
£10 for a 1 hour lesson
£20 for a two hour lesson
Any weekend bookings at full value
as this represents a loss of income to the instructor

ROAD SAFETY
I reserve the right to withdraw my car for the
Purpose of a driving test without notice, should
the pupil prove unable to independently control the
Vehicle safely

RESPONSIBILITY
I will make every effort to arrive on time, however, the nature
Of my work means that events beyond my control may require
me to occasionally re-arrange or cancel a lesson at short notice.

I cannot be held responsible for any cancellations of driving tests
Implemented by the Driving & Vehicle Standards Agency

PRE-PAID LESSONS
All pre-paid lessons must be taken within 3 months of payment
Otherwise payment will be lost.

The issue and reading this card signifies the pupil
Accepts the terms and conditions as stated
