I hold the following, relevant qualifications:

- Dip in Hypnotherapy and counselling skills (Chrysalis)
- Hypnotherapy certificate in pain management (Holly Wincote hypnotherapy)
- Certificate in counselling skills (York College)
- Dip HE in adult nursing studies (University of York).

What I can assist individuals with, are:
