After the success of Amity Seafood Bar in 2015 Katy decided that the best way of scaling up was to create a product range based on her recipes.

Amity is all about #superfresh seafood and happy times. (Amity, as well as being named after the island in Jaws, one of Katy's favourite films, also means good relations, friendship and harmony)

We source as locally and sustainably as possible.

Katy Davidson, recipe developer/owner is self taught in all things seafood and extremely passionate about what she does having fished for years in Cornwall and the Caribbean.
