I have gained enough experience and contacts to allow me the luxury of becoming self employed. I am a sole trader with many links but not a company I therefore have much lower overheads/running costs which I can pass on to my customers!

The majority of my custom is by word of mouth so my reputation is too valuable to loose by having even one unhappy customer, as a sole trader I do everything including free warranty visits if needed, so I am totally responsible for ensuring that my advice is correct and that the system will perform as described.

I will not accept an order unless I am confident that the correct solution can be achieved within budget, as I am not a salesman that makes a living from selling something and walking away.

Compliance to regulations and the need for accreditation is entirely dependent on Insurance requirements, Unless your insurer states that it is required you do not need or have to pay the extra amount for it, I can offer further advice in this regard.

Finally I am not competing with any of the big companies i am offering service that they cannot and will not, just try asking them to install your own DIY kit or to look at something they did not install and see what they say!
