AFS Tidworth 3.11

Following five successful years in Andover we will be opening our second Gym in the heart of Tidworth.

Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio.

Our timetable will run Monday/Wednesday/Friday to begin with. We will be offering a Beginners Bootcamp following our already well established Mayhem Bootcamp program at the following times:

0600-0700
1200-1300
1900-2000

Subject to interest we will also be looking at running classes for experienced CrossFitters in the evenings 1800-1900.

Prices:
Bootcamp - £100 for 6 weeks
CrossFit - Starting from £40/month
