Afghan Schools 2

The Afghan Schools Trust, Charity no. SC033905, began building co-educational primary schools in august 2001 in direct response to requests from remote communities in the mountains of Nuristan, NE Afghanistan. It became a registered charity in 2003.
To date the trust has funded over nine co-educational schools and education facilities across Afghanistan, many of which are now self-sustaining.
All those involved in managing, promoting and fundraising for the Afghan Schools trust here in the UK do so voluntarily and administration costs are minimal - all the money we raise is used to directly benefit the projects we support.
