Karon’s bread is crafted by hand using only organic flour, water, sea salt and either a sourdough "starter" or baker's yeast. There are no improvers, sugar, hydrogenated fats in her bread. Flavours in the bread are created by the flour, ingredients used, through the long fermentation time and baking process. Every handcrafted loaf comes with its own unique shape. “I make everything from my small cottage kitchen - not the one in the
picture !”

Cotswold Baking
Paul: “I set up Cotswold Baking because pastry has been a passion in my life since the age of 14.
Setting up my own bakery in the Cotswolds and creating delicious cakes from first class ingredients is

Sam King has just started a new venture in Adderbury – a mobile licensed bar. We welcome her as a
new permanent stallholder to the Market. Sam serves wines, beers (Hooky!) and soft drinks.

The Flower Seller
Sarah will be offering Elegant, festive, floral arrangements using market-fresh beautiful flowers. A
selection of bouquets,gift bouquets, decorative wreaths,table decorations and potted bulb gifts will be for sale and available to order for delivery.

Foxdenton Gin
We are a small family firm that specialises in the small scale production of English fruit liqueurs such as plum, raspberry, blackcurrant and traditional wild fruits like sloe and damson. We use gin as the base for our drinks.
Our aim is to make a good local English drink based on traditional recipes. We have expanded our range by producing a special High Strength Gin known as Foxdenton 48% aimed at discerning drinkers.

Jane Gilmore Chilli
One of our regulars, Jane will be offering - for your delectation and delight – a range of homemade
