Hi Guys,

Welcome to the facebook page for JR Fitness and Performance. We are a small fitness business which started up at the end of January 2014 (Known as A&Fitness then). We offer fun fitness circuits, bootcamps, S&C and PT sessions and encourage the use of bodyweight exercises along side equipment such as resistance bands, resistance cords, hurdles and many more.

We run our bootcamps every Monday 6-7pm, Wednesday 7-8pm, and Saturday morning from 9-10am from Moseley School Health and Fitness Centre. These bootcamps involve circuit, cardio, abs and more. We tend to mix up each session so no session is repeated twice but you still complete the same workout. This is a great way to lose body fat, as well as improving your overall fitness levels in a fun environment.

We also provide S&C (Strength and Conditioning) training related to your specific sport. If you want to get stronger, quicker and improve movements related to your sport then get in touch, we can help. We are currently working with players from local academies such as BCFC and CCFC and also work with local semi professional players from the Conference North, Midlands Alliance, Midland Combination football leagues.

We also offer PT sessions for anybody who would like to get fit, get in shape or get the beach body everyone wants for their holidays!!
