Prices are included on all pictures, P&P to be added. We aim to suit all budgets, please contact us for any special requests. Prices for any special requests/personalisations will need to be agreed upon by both parties before any work is started. Payment is required in full, before any work will be started. Proofs of designs and photos of items will be sent for personalised orders before printing/postage

ORDER PROCESS:
To place an order; either PM us or comment on the item required. All details (prices, delivery options, waiting times etc) will be then be confirmed. Our accepted methods of payments - Paypal/cash if local.

If you have any issues/concerns, please contact us as soon as possible. Proof of postage will always be obtained, please allow appropriate time for delivery. Collection available or local delivery available at a small cost (from WS2)

RIGHT TO CANCEL:
Customers have the right to cancel from the date order is placed up to 14 days after an item is received unless it's a personalised item. If you wish to cancel an order, refunds will be made upon receipt of the item, which must be within 14 days of cancellation. Items should be returned to us in the condition in which you received it. Refunds will be issued same as payment method. Customer is responsible for full cost of return postage.


Legal Rights- Under Sale of Goods Act 1979 responsibility to provide refund/repair/replacement where goods are not as described. Excludes accidental damage, misuse or the effects of reasonable wear and tear.
