We've spent over 20 years in the game learning our craft and now we are one of the countries leading engine & gearbox re-manufacturing centres.

All of our re-manufactured engines go through the process of being completely stripped down, we then check everything to make sure there are no defects or abnormalities.
We then pressure test the cylinder head to make sure there are no hairline cracks or other damage and once given the all clear, all cylinder heads are line checked on the camshaft caps, honed if required then skimmed, re-bored and the valve guides are removed as required and replaced with new. Regarding the valves, they are removed, cleaned, measured and seats re cut.
Where needed the crankshaft will be re-ground. however on some models of vehicle it is not advisable to grind the crankshaft as they become to weak and if used become a ticking time-bomb. For this we normally fit standard crankshafts.
All engine components will be checked for unnecessary wear and tear however they must remain within the manufacturers tolerances "measurements" to be re-used. defective components will be replaced with O/E components to take your engine as close back to The original manufacturers specification.

We are working in an unregulated industry where one company's idea of reconditioning will be different to another and what will be replaced will also differ greatly.
