All designs are copyright of 2 Little Dicky Birds, unless stated otherwise. each design is made to order, so slight variations in design may occur.
Please indicate which design you would like to order, I will let you know a total price and turn around time. You will be sent an invoice via Paypal, please pay your invoice within 48 hours upon receiving it. If payment is not received within this time your slot will be cancel and offered to another customer.

No work will commence until the invoice is paid in full.

We do not accept returns nor give refunds on any personalised paper cuts where they have been made to your specification. According to the Distance Selling Regulations (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014) we have no legal obligation to issue a refund.
If your item becomes damaged whilst in transit to you then a full refund or replacement will be given upon photographic evidence of any damage to the packaging and the product is required.
For non-personalised gifts you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the item. You must contact 2 Little Dicky Birds in writing to cancel the order, items must be returned to our address, the P&P costs and any damage caused in transit back to us are the responsibility of the customer. The order refund will be processed upon receipt of the undamaged gift.
Please ensure that all spellings and dates are correct as any alterations will require a full recut.
