Please allow us to give you a insight on what we have created at 10 Newgate. We have transformed what use to be a rundown pub and outbuildings to become the only property within Barnard Castle, which contains six luxury self catering holiday apartments and a family friendly pub, all in one building.

The building was purchased back in 2012 from a well-known brewery. At the time, it was much in need of a new lease of life. We quickly realised that Barnard Castle was in short supply of high-quality self catering holiday accommodation, so we used that as the foundation of our development.

To get the building to the standard it is today has taken us three long, hard years to achieve.

What we have tried to create at 10 Newgate is a finished item with the all-important comfort to make our guests feel at home whilst our décor and interiors have been carefully chosen to help them also feel that they are somewhere special.

We have tried to give each apartment its own unique identity by naming each for a famous local attraction from in-and-around Barnard Castle.
