The cottage sleeps 5 (plus cot), in a twin, a single and double bedroom. Downstairs there is a family bathroom with shower over the bath, a dining kitchen, utility room, livingroom and double bedroom. Upstairs there are single and twin bedrooms.
The cottage is heated by electric storage heaters and a gas fire in the livingroom. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, fridge/ freezer and washing machine. The livingroom has Freeview TV. The utility room provides storage space for golf clubs, bikes and outdoor equipment. There is an enclosed yard to the side of the property.
