台東 綜合武術俱樂部
學習自我防身術, 減重減肥, 維持體適能, 認識新朋友
綜合武術(Mixed Martial Arts)是目前全世界最風行的搏擊運動，
現在這股風潮終於到達台東了。
我們是一群愛好者，定期聚集在一起練習這項武術的各種格鬥術。
BJJ (Brazilian Jiujitsu) 巴西柔術: 一種專用地板關節技以及腕/腳關節技、絞技去制服對手的武術。
Muay Thai 泰國拳術: 一種利用拳頭、小腿、手肘以及膝蓋去攻擊對手的武術。
俱樂部地點: 新生路和鐵花路/光復路

Mixed Martial Arts club based in Taidong/Taitung.
We do BJJ and Muay Thai. Taidong is perhaps the most beautiful place in Taiwan, surrounded by mountains, interesting aboriginal villages, streams and swimming holes and surf.

Our gym is at the corner of Shingsheng Rd and Tie Hua Rd in Taidong City. Please note that on google maps it says we are on the corner of Shingsheng Rd and Guang Fu Rd, although all the road signs here say Tiehua Rd.
