西方能量醫學起源於五十年前德國醫生傅爾 (Dr. Reinhold Voll)，傅爾醫生發現所有生物體最小單位都帶有電子，利用檢測儀可透過穴道電位差測得人的身體健康與否，這是能量醫學對人體上很大的研究進展。

近代量子權威、史丹佛大學榮譽教授Dr. William Tiller所發表的「量子諧振理論」，研究證實生物本身都有其共振頻率，只要活著，你與自己、其他人和整個世界就在能量交換中，與人體生物場相互共振協調能量頻率。當共振頻率是和諧的時候，人的心理、性緒和身體健康是比較強壯的，因而提升人體自然抗壓力及專注力、且能降低電磁波對人體之干擾，當生物的能量消耗或受到外在干擾時則會變的疲勞和心智、情緒不穩定。

QBER ( Quantum Biology Energy Resonance )

Western energy medicine originated fifty years ago from Reinhold Voll, a German doctor, who was the first to develop an electronic testing device for finding electrically-active acupuncture points. Dr. Voll discovered that all organic compounds carry electrons, so that we could measure health through the device – a breakthrough in human research.

Dr. William Tiller, Honorary Professor at Stanford University, famed quantum physicist, and advising professor of Si-Chen Lee, the president of National Taiwan University, published a theory proving all living organisms emit certain frequency. As long as we are alive, human being and the others, as well as the entire world, resonate with one another. If all the frequencies are resonating harmoniously, the human body is stronger mental and physically. We become more focused, stress-resistant, and being more able to fight off interference effects in electromagnetic waves. However, when our energy is consumed or interfered, we will experience fatigue and mood swings.

In recent years, energy medicine has hit mainstream in western countries [it is included in one of the global strategies of the 21st century by World Health Organization (WHO)]. Nonetheless, according to history, energy healing has been practiced by people in the Far East more than thousand years ago, so we could say that the east is actually where it all begins.
