2015年開幕,為宜蘭首間法國麵包坊。本店支持台灣農業,使用無農藥無施肥的「台灣新高山喜願小麥麵粉」製作各種歐式麵包與吐司、布里歐產品;使用法國原裝進口「Campaillette des Champs T65麵粉」製作包括法國長棍與洛代夫麵包等產品。
Established in 2015, Pain de KAI bakery is the first French bakery in Yilan. We use environmental-friendly (no pesticide, no fertilizer) "Taiwan Wheat Pattonkan Flour" for different kinds of loafs, brioches, and toast breads. We also use France-imported "Campaillette des Champs T65 Flour" for authentic French baguette and Lodève loaf bread. We speak Mandarin, English and Japanese. Come visit us, have a cup of tea and enjoy our great breads.
