You are welcome to join our upcoming certified RYT 200 Hour Ashtanga + Vinyasa yoga teacher training in Agonda beach Goa, India January 2018 .


In depth knowledge about the power of healing oneself and others through the miracle of the physical body; via traditional systems such as Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Ayurveda massage, Meditation and other natural, healing modalities such as Reiki.

*Kaohsiung Yoga ( RYS 200) is a registered school with Yoga Alliance and is the first known studio in Taiwan and India to offer both the RYT 200 Yoga Alliance approved-Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher certificate AND the certified Ayurveda massage certificate simultaneously.


Both of these programs overlap in subject material in many ways. For example, in both of these programs we learn about injury prevention, pressure points of the body, myofacial (muscle-fascia movement meridians), anatomy/physiology, meridian/energy lines and principles of healing massage technique.

The total program is 200 hours, 60 hours done "online" through reading assignment ( according to Yoga Alliance curriculum)Sundays are days off for optional activities: Ayurvedic vegetarian cooking class, boating to island for wildlife kayaking in Arabian sea
