黑潮海洋文教基金會 5.02

黑潮海洋文教基金會於1998年成立，以從事海上鯨豚調查及紀錄工作為開端，進而關懷台灣海洋環境、生態與海洋文化，盼匯集台灣愛好海洋民眾的心力，如同一股陸地上的黑潮洋流，以穩定、溫暖、堅持的態度，宣揚與實踐海洋環境保護理念，並以非營利方式落實研究教育工作，期待讓大家親近、認識而珍惜海洋。
