對於理想中的社會我們有著期待與想像，這是一個「社會企業」的實踐過程，一群捨棄高薪工作有才且熱愛土地的青年，將一幢荒廢已久的百年古厝變身成藝文展演空間，各類藝文展演活動每週輪番精彩登場；獨立發行文創刊物「甘樂誌」，用影像、文字記錄著台灣再平凡不過的小人物故事，為紛擾的土地帶來純真的感動；我們始終堅持不忘創立時的初衷與信念，帶領夥伴們投入弱勢學童陪伴、社會教育、社區營造、環境保育等社會工作，持續散播這片土地的美好故事，義無反顧的努力向下扎根，默默地滾動影響著，希望讓這片土地多一點正面能量、勇氣與陽光。
而您所參與甘樂的每一件事，都將成為永續循環回饋的動力。

The Can is a social enterprise aiming to rebuild a social good system to solve sustainable challenges in Sanxia township located in Taiwan. We tackle challenges in culture, education,environment and community through engaging people to eat at our restaurant, subscribe our magazine, join a local tour, enjoy local artists’ exhibitions and more. All these activities reconnect the long lost connection between people with culture, food,environment, education and all feelings and knowledge we need to live a quality life. However, this social good system doesn’t just stop here. We redirect revenues to make greater social impact. We build an educational center to work with (not help) underprivileged children to form their core values and vocational skills to pursue their goals. Also, we bring artists and craftsmen to schools to share the culture with kids, teachers, parents and local residents. Every activity you do with us will solve challenges and improve the whole society little by little. Ultimately, this model will not only work in Sanxia but in townships of Taiwan.
