The tradition of handmade noodles has been passed on from generation to generation in the past thousand years in China. From flour to noodles, the production takes a total of seven hours in which details must not be missed in every stage. The taste and texture simply surpass those made in mechanical ways.

(Hsu's Handmade Noodles Co.) produces noodles according to traditional recipe handed down from ancestors. No preservatives are added and all ingredients are natural. The noodles are characterized by a unique texture and taste.
