Marigold Foundation is founded by the YU family as a memory to our mother "LADY CHIN-HUA YULI" and her believe and dedication in Charity work. The Charity is run base on the principal of "NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND and INDIVIDUALIZED TEACHING", our goal is to actively engage in Educational Charity work, assisting in nurturing new talent, develop organic environment through healthier education in society and school, anf other educational funding activity, etc.
The Current Honorary Chairman is Mr. Richard YU, he inherited the principal of the founder and has set the following three core competences in providing better future for children in needs: (Health), (Innovation), (Organic).

VISION: Education by innovation and health by organic

MISSION: "Promoting organic development, training qualified people," "encourage innovative thinking and implementation."

本會是游氏子孫為紀念及推展其母親—游李金花女士在公益志業上的理念所設立，成立後依循游李金花女士「有教無類，因材施教」等信念，積極推動各項公益教育志業，並以培育人才、推展學校與社會有機健康教育風氣、辦理各項文教活動等為基金會之設立宗旨。 現任榮譽董事長游世銘先生接掌會務後，承繼雙親關懷世人的理念，偕同全體同仁訂定「健康」、「創新」、「有機」三大核心主軸及以下的願景及使命：

使命：「推廣有機事業，培養優質人才」、「鼓勵創新思維，落實應用價值」
