隱花民宿坐落在花蓮縣鳳林鎮美麗的花東縱谷上.主人夫婦倆年輕時久居於台北， 深圳, 上海等各大城市,逐漸厭倦大都會的五光十色. 一心嚮往田園生活。 終於在孩子們都離開身邊上大學去了之後，決定回歸自然，用心打造一棟日式環保鋼構陶板屋， 從房屋外觀設計到內部裝潢, 主人夫婦都參與其中, 處處有他們的巧思及對人生的態度.

民宿主人對民宿的定義是分享個人對生活的想法給有緣的投宿者. 實踐真正意義上的B&B (Bed & Breakfast)而不是單單住一晚的功能.

就因如此, 每一位有緣的住宿者, 都可享用到女主人環保/天然/手工 早餐. 所有食材90-%取材於當地天然食材. 就連雞蛋也是自養母雞貢獻的喔.

Celines B&B sits between the beautiful mountains of the famous East Rift Valley. The owner is a couple that grew tired of the dazzling and busy lifestyle in cities like Taipei, Shenzhen and Shanghai, where they spent most of their time living in, and had always pictured a serene lifestyle at a tranquil countryside far from the crowded cities. To fulfill their longed-for dream,they spent a year to build their own house in Hualien and got deeply involved in both the outer and interior design.

The owner's view of B&B (Bed & Breakfast) is not a place just for sharing rooms, but a place to share interesting stories and views on life.

Thus, every guest can enjoy natural, home made breakfast that uses fresh, homegrown ingredients. We even produce our own eggs!
