Fee of the workshop will be 200 euros and it covers most meals, accommodation and transportation for each participant during the Workshop.

When we have received and approved your application, you will be notified, at the latest within 3 days by our application team.

The Payment details will be e-mailed to you at this time.

Please do not buy plane tickets before you have received an official Acceptance Letter!!! - Please be aware that we cannot offer you accommodation if you arrive before the Workshop starts, or after the Workshop ends.

You must have valid medical insurance for the duration of your stay in Turkey, and you will be asked to send us documentation that you have adequate medical insurance.

All participants will be asked to participate in all lectures and activities scheduled during the workshop, and are expected to act professionally and respectfully towards our faculty members, sponsors and each other.

Organizing Committee will send invitation letter to all participants.
