This is a lovely one bedroom apartment om a very secluded and quiet area in Ovacik, Oludeniz. The site is well laid out and benefits from having a very large shared pool and a small childs pool which is set in mature gardens, where there is also a cafe by the pool.

The entrance to the apartment opens into a living area with the kitchen to the right with all mod cons with breakfast bar. The lounge is beyond the kitchen with sofa bed, and double doors lead through onto the large patio area which has a raised planting area which gives the patio a more private feeling and is perfect for dining and subathing.

The shower room is to the left of the entrance, which also houses a washing machine for your useage. The double bedroom has a large fitted wardrobe and windows looking out to the patio at the rear.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and is a great place to spend your holiday. It is set back from the main road in Oludeniz, but is only a short walk to all local amenities.
