Jaara™ Ice Cream was founded in the Levant Area of Syria. The creamery was transformed into the first plant in Syria producing a unique and highly desired kind of ice cream by Munib&Samer Jaara the god fathers. The factory held industry registry #1 in that region.
The ingredients of this unique ice cream are crushed to the right consistency with large wooden poles and served with heaps of pistachios and other distinctive nuts. Today .
The ice cream is mostly handmade with an incredible combination of authentic ingredients such as Turkish Sahlab or Salep*, ground roots of orchid, Orchus macula, and Mastica, which is gathered from the Mastic tree of Chois island in Greece. All ingredients are mixed well with the highest quality organic milk and natural fruits. In the end, the resulting delicacy forms into a high quality and uniquely chewy ice cream. This form and flavor of ice cream is entirely unique to that region and hence never introduced here in the United States of America; it simply tastes and feels completely different from rest of the local ice cream and Gelato products; in fact, it is highly superior to these local products.

This delicious and flavorful ice cream draws its unique taste from the classic ingredients of the Levant region, which include rosewater, pistachio, figs, walnuts, other nuts, and natural fruits all that combine a healthy treat!
