Kaplan İnşaat'ın ticari faaliyetlerini üstlenmesi amacıyla grup firması olarak 2008 yılında kurulan Karyalı Pazarlama, sektöre Polisan marka boya ürünlerinin Bodrum – Milas Bölge Distribütörlüğü ile adım atmıştır. 2011 yılı itibariyle Henkel Yapı Kimyasalları Bodrum - Milas Bölge Distribütörlüğünü faaliyet alanına eklemiştir.
Karyalı Pazarlama ticari hayatına Bodrum bölgesinde distribütörlük ve uygulanmakta olan diğer ticari faaliyetlerdeki eksik ve hataları tespit ederek, çıtayı daha yükseklere taşımak hedefiyle başlamıştır.
