Alessandro Michele Manin, of Maltese origin, who has traveled extensively worldwide and is himself an artist and underwater archaeologist in the field of Ancient Civilizations including his passion for Atlantian Antiquity. His interest to open a Maltese Cuisine Cafe has been on his mind for years, but since, his dream has been realized here in Chiang Rai, Northern Thailand. All recipes coming from the island of Malta are very similar to Sicilian dishes, except that most of them eventually originated on the island of Malta.For those who are interested in Mediterranean antiquity, Malta is actually the largest part of the island of Atlantis to survive the alluvium. The sacred island of Atlantis boasted in richness and valor, but sadly it broke up some few thousand years ago and sank, leaving a mere skeleton of islands we now know as the islands of Malta, Comino, Gozo, Egadi, Linosa, Lampedusa, Pantalleria and Kerkenna.This cafe will be dedicated to the motherland that once stood boldly with its concentric circles surrounding the palaces,adorned with fountains, statues, pyramids, temples and concentric harbors in respect of the God Zeus and Poseidon, also known as the God of the water. Tritonis was the actual main city of Atlantis, which is why Poseidon carries the sacred Triton, that could control the seas. Our interest is to present to our guests, healthy, quality Maltese bites, with affordable prices, a great atmosphere of Atlantian decor' combined with hygiene and hospitality towards our clients.
