Our Company has experience of 30 years in the construction and planning, both in England and Germany. Our goal is the growing European expat community here in Thailand to offer the best British Standard, which they are accustomed from home.

All our developments, regardless of design, correspond to the construction code. We offer insulation layers, cavity walls, copper hot water pipes, roof insulation and grounded in accordance with British Standard Electrical. We are pleased to invite you to visit each stadium of the construction phase, to demonstrate you the standards. Likewise, we also offer a 5 year warranty on the construction of our projects, to fulfill our demands.

That means we are a registered and recognized company in the British Embassy. It was not easy to achieve this status and it is one upon which we can be very proud of. We were recognized by the Chamber of commerce not only for our promotion of British build standards, but for our service to the British buyers on our Project.

Buying any property abroad is not an easy one and can be very confusing. It is always a large bonus when people can talk to their own countrymen and in their own language. Being a member of the Chamber also gives us first hand legal advice to the Laws of ownership in Thailand and their recent updates and changes.
