สังฆมณฑลจันทบุรี ก่อสร้างขึ้นในปี ค.ศ. 1967 มีลักษณะเป็นทรงไทยที่แฝงไปด้วยความโดดเด่นแบบเรียบง่าย และสวยงาม ตั้งอยู่ติดกับถนนสุขุมวิทกม.145ใกล้สี่แยกพัทยากลาง
นักบุญนิโคลัส เดอ ฟลือ ชาวสวิสเซอร์แลนด์ เป็นองค์อุปถัมภ์ของวัดตามเจตจำนงค์ของนายวอเตอร์ เมเยอร์เจ้าของที่ดินและผู้มีอุปการะคุณซึ่งเป็นชาวสวิสฯ
ปัจจุบันวัดเซนต์นิโคลัสเป็นศูนย์กลางในการอภิบาลแก่พี่น้องคริสตชนคาทอลิกทั้งชาวไทยและต่างชาติ นอกจากการบริการด้านศาสนพิธีแล้ว ในบริเวณของโบส์ถนักบุญ นิโคลัสยังเป็นที่ตั้งของสุสานวัดเซนต์นิโคลัสที่สวยงามและร่มรื่น ดำเนินงานโดยสมาคมสุสานพัทยา เพื่อให้บริการบรรจุศพสำหรับคริสตชนในพัทยา

The First Catholic Church built in Pattaya since 1967 with a unique-feature style which is so simple and beautiful. It is located on Sukhumvit Road, Km.145 near the Central Pattaya Road's traffic light. This church is under the jurisdiction of the Chanthaburi Diocese. The church is named after St. Nikolaus de Flue, a Swiss holy man. The name was suggested by Mr. Walter Meyer, the land owner. To date, the church is available for the pastoral care of all parishioners, both Thais and foreigners. In addition, the Pattaya Cemetery is located next to the church with its beautiful and shady atmosphere. Funeral facilities have been served for all parishioners since 1966.
