RODIZIO is a style service in Brazilian Restaurants: One pays a fixed price and the waiter brings an offering of food to each customer at several times throughout the meal, until the customers signify that they had enough.

All our meats are served with a great variety of side dishes, like deep fried banana, “AMAZON” salad, rice, and chips with Brazil's famous national dish: “FEIJOADA” (Black Beans with a variety of salted pork products).

WHAT IS A GOLD OR SILVER RODIZIO?

With our Gold or Silver RODIZIO, you can enjoy the traditional Brazilian culinary tradition. Enjoy 20 or 12 different meat cuts of beef, chicken, duck and pork with the side dishes available in a typical “RODIZIO” (all-you-can eat Brazilian barbeque). All our meat cuts are prepared with care following the recipes of the real Brazilian style and our own “Samba” touch in order to give you the authentic “SABORES E AROMAS DO BRASIL”.

The price includes UNLIMITED serving of charcoal grilled prime meat cuts & side dishes.

SAMBA Experience

Step 1: Sit down, relax, and enjoy a drink while we explain the Samba dining experience.
Step 2: Our staff will bring to your table: salad, Feijoada, rice, chips, fried banana and various sauces.
Step 3: Turn your card green side up means that you are ready for our gaucho chefs to serve you at your table.
Step 4: Enjoy our 20 (GOLD) or 12 (SILVER) cuts of delicious grilled meats. They are brought to your table, sliced, and served by our gaucho chefs.
Step 5: When you feel that you need a break, flip the disc to the red side until you are ready for more offerings.
Step 6: You can finish your meal experience with one of our delicious desserts.
