The Villas is a collection of luxury, private pool holiday homes located in Nai Harn, Phuket. They are available for long and short-term rental and come with a full-time daily maid, and options for a cook, childminder and driver if required.

OVERVIEW OF THE VILLA:

Pearl Villa is a recently completed 6 bedroom family villa, located on the South-Western tip of the tropical island of Phuket. This luxury property offers 500sqm of indoor and outdoor living. It is set in a private development, situated in a peaceful valley, offering private jungle and valley views. It is a tranquil environment for large groups or 2 families wanting to share accommodation. Most importantly, the villa is within easy walking distance (about 10 minutes) of Nai Harn lagoon and the stunning Nai Harn beach (often described as Phuket’s top beach).

ACCOMMODATION:

The Villa’s accommodation consists of 6 bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and air conditioning units. The bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 3 bedrooms with king sized beds, 2 bedrooms with twin single beds and 1 children’s room with single bunk beds - accommodating a maximum of 12 guests.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and the main kitchen, dining table, living room with 50" TV (with DVDs and cable TV), all opening onto the balcony and pool area. Downstairs has an additional 3 bedrooms plus a second living room with 42" TV, a kitchenette, and a large games room with sofas and a pool table to keep the children entertained.

The master bedroom suite is located upstairs, with a king sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, wall safe and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and corner bath. Sliding double doors from this bedroom take you onto a private balcony with open jungle and valley views. Also located upstairs is a second king sized bedroom and a third bedroom with twin single beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a large bathroom.

Downstairs is bedroom 4, another large bedroom with king sized bed, walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and corner bath. As well as bedroom 5 with twin single beds and en-suite bathroom, and bedroom 6 with single bunk beds, ideal for young children.

The fully-fitted luxury Western-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, and the outside terrace offers plenty of undercover casual seating, four sunbeds and an infinity edged pool with spa jets.

Pearl Villa further offers an iPod docking station together with wireless internet access and landline telephone for those people who have to keep in touch with the rest of the world.
