We emphasis on the beef since it is such a mouthful and rare in terms of material. These are the origin story of how we are obsess with this meat on bone.

The slow cooking process with low heat; approximately 4-12 hours (pork, 4 hours and beef 12 hours) turned hard, rare beef into soft and juicy beef. Then using grill stove to bring out the best taste along with a finishing touch of smoke aroma.
