The Faculty of Architecture was established 1988 in order to respond the needs of this profession in the Northeastern region of Thailand. At the time of the faculty’s establishment, there were only 33 architects in the region which accounted for only 1.76% of all architects in the country. We are proud to state that we are the first organization running an architecture course in Northeastern Thailand.

To attain international quality of education, we host many lectures from our tutors and professors as well as experts from other universities and well known practices from around the world. Students will get opportunities to learn in good environments both in the classroom and in field studies. We also provide full facilities, e.g. architecture and design library, computer laboratories, geographic information system (GIS) laboratory, building technology laboratory and the textile, wood, and ceramic workshops.

PROGRAMS OFFERED
Bachelor of Architecture program aims to respond to the technological diversity and today’s era of globalization. The program is developed to reach the basic requirement of architectural practice as well as to obtain the international standard in architectural education.

Bachelor of Architecture in Industrial Design program aims to develop graduated students and support the development of industrial designers to acquire design knowledge and abilities as well as to increase value of products to their highest quality.

Master of Urban and Regional Planning is a source for planners, technicians, experts and researchers who have knowledge and are willing to put it to use in the appropriate direction. Students will learn how to effectively manage and support research in this program.

Master of Architecture in Building Technology program is the first program in the Northeastern Thailand that represents building technology and the ideas behind it. The important aims are to respond the needs of the building technology staff and to take action regarding the government’s energy saving policy and altering the knowledge of architecture to meet the world standard.
