In Year 2007 Engchuan Enterprise Limited Partnership is found by Yoon and Krister Andersson, the founder of Krabi Sunset Properties in Haad Yao or Long Beach, Nuaklong, Krabi. After the first of houses were ready to hand over, there came to the point of services home owner would need for their second home in the Sun.

As Long beach is still a new destination for holiday, the unspoiled nature this beach offers, has drawn some home owners who have vision for good future investment, yet Krabi Sunset has a vision to develop the good residential area. As it is so new and not enough house for other big brands to come in and provide the service. Engchuan Enterprise is born to serve our home owners. We are using our heart to foresee and try to do whatever it takes to manage those houses.

In year 2009 Time has gone by, more experience we are, we have purchased the system and guidance from experienced management company in Phuket plus our heart to run the business as family, keep our home owner as a part of our society.

In Year 2010, we launch our villa rental program under the brand www.krabiholidayrental.com which provides a full service of letting the home owner’s property to the holiday market. With our experience on ground and serving by heart, our mission to make every visitor to our houses touch of our loves.

Now we offer our service in Phuket as well.
